To turn off the auto-correct feature, you need to tweak a file in the Preferences.app.
We discussed how to FTP to your iPhone here.

Once in the FTP/SSH program on your computer connected to the iPhone, replace Keyboard.plist located in /Applications/Preferences.app/ on the iPhone with the file below:

keyboardplist.ZIP (Note you must unzip)

Once installed, On your iPhone, go to:
Settings=> General=> Keyboard on the iPhone and toggle correction off.

If you would like for any reason turn autocorrect off, this is how you do it: you go to settings -> general -> keyboard -> international keyboard and there set it to korean. and when your now trying to write messages, you just click on globe icon on the left side to turn “international mode” on and voila keyboard without autocorrect.
