Every so often, Code Retard features a QOTD or “question of the day” post on various topics we find interesting. Hope you enjoy today’s question!

Remember the radio contest where people drank water and held it, last person standing, trying to win a Wii and one of the contestants died? Does anyone have an update on that? I seem to remember that the husband was going to sue and that those involved were fired from the radio station, but I haven’t heard anything lately.

Yes, there was an update on the news yesterday. The radio personalities involved were fired; Jennifer Strange’s family has file a lawsuit. The entire show was taped, so this lawsuit could go either way. Nonetheless, very sad case.
