If you have a memorystick duo, plug that into a USB reader and then simply drag'n'drop.

you need a memory stick too
1. Plug in your psp to the usb cable which should be hooked to the computer
2. wait a few seconds while your psp connects
3. Go to My Computer and inside that should be something that says removable disk and then a letter (usually G)
4. click on that to access the folders of your psp
5. once inside there then go to the pictures folder and click on it
6. drag and drop your pictures into that folder
7. disconnect when u are done
