QOTD: What Do You Think Of Playing The Wii Fit During Pregnancy?

Every so often, Code Retard features a QOTD or “question of the day” post on various topics we find interesting. Hope you enjoy today’s question!

I recently got a Wii Fit and Active programme for my birthday, before I found out I was pregnant. I am now 7 wks and have been looking at the boxes and wondering if they are safe to use. I would like to use at least the yoga programmes but how do i know which yoga moves are a good idea for pregnant women? What about any of the other games or programmes? Do you have a wii fit and if so, what do you use while pregnant?
