If you are indeed pregnant you have to go to your DR as soon as possible so he can confirm it and try to remove your IUD. Sometimes they can't and this can cause a miscarriage even in the 2nd trimester. If you are pregnant, the sooner they remove the IUD the better for you and the baby. Good luck hun.
