		<description>Having a screen running below 120 hz does  not induce ghosting at all. on a crt it will decrease it. it causes eye strain because using this technology the refresh rate is halved. the eye strain varys from person to person, some people can use this at 60 hz (30 hz effectively) some people need 120 hz.</description>
