When doing this 2.2.1 firmware upgrade/update. will I loose all cydia apps and have to start everthing over again. I have recently installed this app backup from cydia. So when I do all this stuff and let itunes take care of the rest should be prepared to loose everything and start over and also should I take my sim card out.
