I have used an application called "Joy2Key" to emulate the input as if it were keyboard strokes, that works great. Someone needs to write a Windows driver to communicate with the USB input coming from the effects pedal. It's the same reason a PS3 Sixaxis controller won't work when plugged into a PC unless there is a driver for it. It’s not that simple.
