I’d love to upgrade to 3.0.1 but itunes tells me the firmware version doesnt match and wont let me do anything, even in DFU mode.

can anyone help? I just want to upgrade and keep it unlocked and jailbroken.

Ok, i have quickpwn 2.2.5-2 for windows and an iphone 2g with 2.0.1. i restored teh 2.2.1 ipsw and went to use quickpwn to unlock and jailbreak. however, it keeps saying the ipsw i have selected does not match.

what’s the problem?

Updated to 2.2.1 on itunes and used QuickPWN to unlock…
Took 15 minutes…
Now I’m able to use iphone on Airtel again…

i have downloaded all possible stuff needed. But my itunes is not upgrading it from 2.0 to 2.2
What do i do..??

I just had one problem, after unlocking and jailbreaking. I could not hear or speak through the phone without keeping it on the loudspeaker mode or using the eyephones. Still trying to sort it out.

Anyone can help me on this?
