EA to give more Activations for Spore

/* Posted September 22nd, 2008 at 10:39pm [Comments: 2]    */
/* Filed under News, Video Games    */

EA has not decided that limiting owners to 3 activations was a bad idea, since so many people complained on Amazon. They have not been so nice to add 2 more activations (wow a whole 5 total???)

Here is what Frank Gibeau, EA Games Label president had to say:

"We've received complaints from a lot of customers who we recognize and respect. And while it's easy to discount the noise from those who only want to post or transfer thousands of copies of the game on the Internet, I believe we need to adapt our policy to accommodate our legitimate consumers."

"We're willing to evolve our policy to accommodate our consumers. But we're hoping that everyone understands that DRM policy is essential to the economic structure we use to fund our games and as well as to the rights of people who create them."

And to that, all I can say is DIE! This still gives them no right to install secruRom on our computers and monitor our systems without fair warning.

PSP Full Keyboard + Mouse + Joystick Coming soon?

/* Posted September 21st, 2008 at 2:23pm [Comments: 4]    */

I currently have completed the USB mouse driver and a USB Keyboard driver. I am currently debugging the gamepad drivers for the XBOX 360 wireless gamepad, the PS2/PS3 wireless gamepad, and the Logitech Wingman wireless gamepad.

Now that you have seen it, I will also say that yes I have tested a USB hard drive on this interface and can we say Sloooooooooooow.

It was never intended to do hard drives through the serial port anyway, but I did it to say yes it can be done. Besides I had the driver code for a mass storage device.
