Best Buy revealed plans to install a dozen vending machines scattered around major airports across the US as part of a pilot test run for their new “Best Buy Express” program. Best Buy is partnering with ZoomSystems, a company specializing in vending machines to distribute these gadget dispensing kiosks in eight airports. The vending machines will sell various electronic accessories for computers and cell phones plus digital camera, portable flash drives, headphones, travel adapters, chargers and more. Expect to see the new Best Buy branded vending machines in your local airport starting in a few weeks on September 1, 2008. If you are flying to or from Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis or San Francisco look carefully and you might see one. When you do, be sure to send us a picture.
