monster Washes Ashore In Montauk

An unknown animal has allegedly washes ashore on the eastern tip of Long Island, in a town called Montauk. My best guess is that this is just a hoax to drum up support for a future movie about a book called “Montauk Project”. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montauk_Project_(book)

Hoax or not, that picture looks pretty wicked.

This is an actual monster, some sort of rodent-like creature with a dinosaur beak. A tipster says that there is "a government animal testing facility very close by in Long Island," but unless the government is trying to design horrible Montauk monsters that will eat IEDs and fart fire at bad Iraqis, we're not sure why they would create such an unthinkable beast. Our guess is that it's viral marketing for something.

It appears to be a turtle without its shell…

Good call, I can totally see that.

It can’t be a turtle without a shell, the turtles back bone is like morphed into the shell, so it can’t be a turtle because there are no signs of the shell being taken off, like no bones sticking out or the skin isn’t damaged at all where the shell would be. If that makes any sense. It totally is not a turtle.

Its probably a parrot without feathers.

When animals drown and get waterlogged all of the hair usually comes off. It has teeth and not a beak. If you look close enough you can see some of the individual teeth on it. Also note it has a tail as well. It is an animal but i’m sure certain as what kind. I can’t tell if it has ears or not. It looks like it does but they are either very small or were chewed off by predatorial fish. If i had something more to go on such as size and proportion i could narrow it down but for now i cannot apply a name to it.
