This is the same Apple iPhone deal from AT&T as last time except they’ve now got the 16GB in stock for $349! Hurry before supplies run out. According to Apple, once they’re gone, they’re gone. This is cheaper than the refurbs you can get direct from the Apple Store (if you could still get them). There’s no need to buy the 2 year activation contract if you plan to use your own SIM card and unlock your iPhone to use with your current GSM service (that would be either T-Mobile or AT&T). So what are you waiting for? Order it now from AT&T.
