Taiko Drum Master no Tatsujin 2

I ordered Taiko no Tatusjin 2 (Drum Master in English) for my DS very soon after its release from play-asia for a little over $50. I couldn’t resist. The game comes with two special drum stylus pens that are actually quite well suited for the game (it’s way better than using two regular DS stylus pens). I actually got the game last Friday but I’ve been too busy playing it nonstop to post any unboxing pics, but today my wrist is a bit cramped up so my loss is your gain. The game also ships with some cool stickers on the back of which written in Japanese is a suggestion to stick them all over your daily planner. Silly Namco, I can’t stick stickers on my iPhone. Anyhow the game’s awesome and is lots of fun to play. A $48.90 price is a bit steep but consider that you’re getting a Japanese import and some extra hardware. I had no problems playing it on my US Nintendo DS as the DS does not suffer from region locking like the Wii. Unboxing pic below. Plus I threw in the game trailer just for kicks.

That’s a great observation. The first picture is from play-asia’s website and the second picture is what I actually received from play-asia. No clue why they are different.

    Hello,
    Sounds like big fun.
    Where did you order it?
    Thanks.

I got mine from play-asia.com. It’s really a lot of fun and in fact trained me to be even more awesome at the drums in Rock Band.
