Album Art on Your iPhone, iPod, or iTouch

I’ve been playing with my new toy for the past day and I’ve been getting my MP3 library in shape for transfer to my iPhone. My initial try was simply to import my existing library to iTunes and then sync it to my iPhone. It worked, no hitches. However, I was getting the default grey album cover on all but one song. What was going on with this total uncoolness? Turns out, you can embed a JPEG image within the ID3 tags of an MP3. Using iTunes, the process is pretty simple, just right click on any track, select “Get Info,” and you’ll be presented with a dialog. Click the “Artwork” tab and you’ll get this:

Nothing there right? Click the “Add” button and simply browse to any image file (preferably it would be the album cover) and presto, the image will be embedded into the MP3 and you’ll see the pretty picture on your iPhone. You could also do this with a bunch of songs, say from the same album. To do this, select all the tracks that you want to embed the picture on, then right click and you’ll get this dialog:

Now you won’t get a browse window, instead you have to paste the artwork. That means you’ll need to prepare beforehand and have the album cover image copied to your clipboard somehow, either through Word or some image editing program or whatever. After that you can click OK and all the files you selected will have the album image embedded. Update: I figured out how to get a browse dialog, just double-click the white square instead of right clicking it.
This works great except that it’s really a big big pain to find those album covers. Wouldn’t it be great if you could search Amazon or something and just grab the album covers off that automatically? Well wonder no more, with iTunes Art Importer, you can easily search album covers off Amazon and embed them into your MP3 files quickly, automatically, and painlessly. The tool needs to be launched in conjunction with iTunes. Select the track(s) you want to search an album cover for, then go the iTunes Art Importer and click the search button. After a slight delay, you will get a few results along with a preview. Select the cover you want and click the apply button. Then wait as your tracks in iTunes get updated with Amazon album art! Coolness, here I come!

Hello,
I often go to Amazon to get my art work, but my question is what is the right size pic to use for the album cover artwork.
