However, if you've had trouble getting the LG drives listed as I have, there is another solution - use your Wii's built-in drive! How? Install Homebrew Channel and use Waninkoko's DVD Dumper to dump your ISO over wi-fi (to SD cards, or supported USB mass storage). Of course this means a whole other guide (and it's a lot slower, at 5 hours to dump, than the LG drive solution); but the information on how to is out there and I can report success on my own Wii with 3.2U firmware and a mod which I haven't yet figured out since it was a second hand Wii and I haven't got a tri-wing screwdriver to look under hood.
