[ # ] Capcom gives HD treatment to classic games for XBLA

Team Xbox is reporting that Capcom will remake some of their classics to give them HD graphics. Upcoming titles include 1942 Joint Strike, Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3, and Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.
I don’t have an Xbox so the news doesn’t do too much for me but I’m excited about the look of the Street Fighter game. Apparently Udon reillustrated all the characters so they have a nice anime inspired edge and look very clean. (I think the news of Udon doing this came out a while back….)
I believe if you purchase the Commando game then you can get a Beta version of the SF game, but it’ll only include Ryu and Ken as playable characters whereas the full game will have something to the effect of 17 playable characters.

The game is also comming out for the ps3. However, there will be no beta version for the ps3 console.

Don’t forget that a remake of Bionic Commando (not talking about the rearmed sequel) is comming for the ps3 via PSN and the 360 through the XBLA
